Wedding Coordination.

Our wedding coordinator handles all the details, ensuring a flawless and unforgettable day. They manage the timeline and work with trusted vendors, creating a seamless experience for you. Relax and enjoy your intimate beach wedding, knowing everything is taken care of. Personalize the details of your ceremony through your client portal with our ceremony design and planning worksheets. Ceremony planning phone consultation approximately one month prior to go over all the details of your ceremony with your coordinator. Expert on-site coordination of ceremony setup, tear down, vendors and wedding procession.

Wedding Officiant.

For your intimate beach wedding, we provide the services of a seasoned non-denominational minister who will go above and beyond to craft a truly personalized and heartfelt ceremony. Our dedicated minister not only guides you through the exchange of vows but also ensures that all legal requirements are met, including the completion of your marriage license. With their warm presence and ability to create a meaningful connection with you and your partner, our minister will make your wedding day a truly unforgettable occasion filled with love and cherished memories.

Wedding Photographer.

Includes two hours of professional wedding photography coverage. Our photographer will capture your ceremony, family formals, photos with guests and finish with a couples shoot on the beach. You can expect anywhere from 50-150 professionally edited photos in your beautiful online gallery. Print release included.

Live Wedding Musician

Enjoy the ambiance of a live musician performing at your beachside wedding ceremony. Choose from the guitar, violin or cello. You choose your music during the planning stage. Musician will play for up to one hour.

Bespoke Wedding Florals

Exquisite handcrafted bridal bouquet and corresponding boutonniere. Beautiful arrangement for the arbor. Thoughtful aisle adornments for the initial and concluding rows of seating.

Ceremony Décor

Select one our arbors adorned with fabric to match your wedding colors. Seating included for up to 100 guests (guest limits set by location) adorned with fabric along the aisle and back row. Set the tone for your wedding with one of our wedding signs.

LOCATIONS & PERMITS

The Micro package is available at select beach locations. Some locations require a permit. We will obtain the necessary permits and insurance for your event at select locations including, Santa Monica Beaches, Heritage Park Dana Point, Palisades Gazebo Park Dana Point, Leslie Park San Clemente, Sunset Cliffs at Osprey, Luscomb & Ladera, The Wedding Bowl or Cuvier Park and Calumet Park.

Excludes Will Rogers State Beach, Manhattan Beach, and all Crystal Cove sites. Locations not mentioned will be quoted on a case by case basis.
