On-Site Coordination.
Personalize the details of your ceremony through your client portal with our ceremony design and planning worksheets.
Ceremony planning phone consultation approximately one month prior to go over all the details of your ceremony with your coordinator.
On-site coordination overseeing the entire event from ceremony setup, tear down, to vendor management, wedding processional and music management.
Ceremony Rehearsal.
An optional one hour in-person meeting, prior to your wedding day, with our coordinator to go over the details of your wedding.
Wedding Officiant.
Non-denominational minister to assist in creating a personalized wedding ceremony. Performs the ceremony on your wedding and completes marriage license.
Bespoke Floral Package.
Bespoke hand-tied bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere.
Aisle chair flower arrangements for the first and last row of seating.

Live Musician.
The ambiance of a live musician to your intimate beach wedding. Choose a violin, guitar or cello. Musician will play for up to one hour as guests arrive and as the ceremony comes to an end.

Up to three locations within 20 minutes of each other. Additional fees apply if travel time exceeds 20 minutes.
Wedding Highlight Film: A beautifully edited 2-3 minute wedding highlight film that tells the story of your wedding + a ceremony edit. Delivered within 4 weeks of your wedding day via a custom online digital download + client website.
Wedding Photo Gallery: Wedding photos will be delivered within 2 weeks of your wedding day via a custom online gallery where you can download & share your photos.
