The permit must be applied for no earlier than 90 days, and no later than 3 weeks from your ceremony date.
IBW may obtain the permit on your behalf.
Insurance is required (IBW will use our insurance if we obtain the permit on your behalf).

Ceremonies may be held on either side of the pier.
Bathrooms are available.
Open from sunrise to sunset (except for Lot 1 North which is open from 6am to 2am and the upper Pier deck lot which is open 24 hours per day though exceptions may apply)
Beach parking lots are $2/hr. Other street parking is available for $1.50/hr.
The sand is soft and may be a challenge for guests with accessibility concerns.
