Corona Del Mar is a 1/2-mile-wide sandy beach perfect for intimate elopements. The half-mile long sandy beach is framed by beautiful mansions, cliffs and a rock jetty that forms the east entrance to Newport Harbor.

Availability: Weddings are held on a first come first serve basis and the location can not be blocked off. Summer weddings are especially challenging at this location due to large crowds.

  • Ceremonies may be held anywhere on Corona Del Mar State Beach, as long as lifeguard views are unobstructed.

  • Ceremonies may also be held at Inspiration Point overlooking Corona Del Mar State Beach.

  • Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and therefore specific sites can not be guaranteed.

  • Bathrooms are available, however they are not guaranteed to be operational.

  • Parking fees vary based on day and season.

  • The sand is soft and may be a challenge for guests with accessibility concerns.
