Freelance Wedding Coordinator
LOCATION:
Southern California Region (Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego County Beaches)
POSITION DETAILS:
IBW is seeking professional freelance wedding coordinators to create a seamless wedding day for our couples. Must be professional, personable, detail oriented, highly efficient, team player with strong communications skills, customer obsessed, punctual, dependable and able to solve problems with a cool head and ease.
Schedules phone consultation with client to review planning documents and set client expectations in accordance with our service agreement.Send follow-up emails to clients outlining what to expect.Create a supply list and timeline for the day.Distribute necessary information to vendors (Such as playlist, location details, etc.)Pickup van and equipment (such as arbors, chairs, PA system and florals, etc.)Working knowledge of PA systems, power packs and Spotify playlists.Arrive on location, setup décor per clients expectations.Coordinate wedding ceremony.Safely tear down setup and return equipment.Clients have the ability to request a rehearsal in which you would meet with them at the location prior to the day of the wedding to prepare them for the wedding.
REQUIRMENTS:
Experienced with the ability to anticipate and prepare for day of challenges (such as traffic, managing bystanders and guests) with the utmost professionalism. Must have a valid California Drivers license and have the ability to use and setup equipment weighting up to 50 lbs.
